Co-Founder and Co-CEO of imageONE, Rob Dube, discusses his entrepreneurial leap, the hardships he’s faced, and the lessons he learned along the way.

In college, Rob and Joel Pearlman, the other Co-Founder of imageONE, would spend a lot of their time reading entrepreneurial magazines. When printers began to become more popular, they decided to take their entrepreneurial leap by selling remanufactured cartridges.

Rob discusses the difficulties that came with the business, the lessons he’s learned, and the customers he is grateful for.

Success can be measured in many different ways. Rob’s passion revolves around the people side of the business. He strives to make a difference in the totality of his team member’s lives, making sure his employees are happy and thriving, which will permeate into the communities they are all part of.
