Meet the Author

An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Gino Wickman has had an obsession for learning what makes businesses and entrepreneurs thrive. After taking over, turning around, and successfully selling the family business, Gino set out to help entrepreneurs and leaders get what they want from their own businesses. Based on his years of real-world experience, he created the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a practical method for helping companies achieve greatness.

The Mission

In the words of Danielle Kennedy, “We teach what we needed the most.”

When Gino was an 18-year-old entrepreneur-in-the-making, he felt lost, confused and different from most of his friends. Looking back, it would have been great to have something to show him what he was, as well as to have something that would provide him a path to becoming what he was—an entrepreneur. After experiencing success with multiple business ventures, Gino aims to pay it forward. Entrepreneurial Leap is a passion project devoted to helping entrepreneurs-in-the-making understand their genetic makeup and give them a road map toward living their purpose.
