Meet Your Instructors
Kyle Mealy
Kyle Mealy serves as CEO and Visionary of ENRG, driven by a simple conviction: no entrepreneur should have to grow a business alone. Which is what has drawn him to Entrepreneurial Leap. ENRG (pronounced “energy”) is the first licensed, nonprofit community for business leaders using or exploring EOS, built help-first and led locally by EOS Implementers and Integrators. It went from a handful of chapters to more than 80 across North America in under a year, and in 2026 became the steward of the EOS Conference — making the annual gathering of the EOS community something the community itself runs.
He’s also the founder of Next Level Revenue and the author of The Next Level Revenue Formula, where he argues that most small businesses don’t have a sales problem — they have a revenue problem, and the fix is fusing marketing and sales into one team with one leader, one goal, and one scorecard. He deploys fractional Chief Revenue Officers to client-service and recurring-revenue companies.
He went into entrepreneurship the long, unconventional way: he won Lab of the Year with a laboratory he managed, doubled revenue at a martial arts school, and took a digital marketing agency from $3M to $7M in under three years. Husband and dad, based in Wisconsin.
Ryan Henry
Ryan Henry is the Co-Founder of Entrepreneurial Leap and an experienced Expert EOS Implementer® who has guided hundreds of leaders through the challenges of building and scaling businesses over 15 years.
As both an entrepreneur and coach, Ryan has seen firsthand the struggles early-stage founders face — and the breakthroughs that come when they gain structure, clarity, and confidence. In the Academy, he combines the E-Leap proven principles with his own entrepreneurial experience to deliver practical tools, personalized feedback, and real-world guidance.
