In Class 1, we focus entirely on helping you learn more about yourself – why you were put on this planet, your unique talents and skills, and who you are at the core. The more you know, the greater your entrepreneurial success. We start with the Six Essential Traits™ that make up your genetic coding, then help you discover your Passion and personal Core Values. Your self-discovery is accelerated through problem solving and shared experiences with a Tribe of entrepreneurs.
In Class 2, you’ll use what you learned about yourself to gain absolute clarity on what you want. The clearer you are about what you want, the more likely you are to succeed. You’ll define the type, size, and scope of business you want to build. Your vision will come to life. And you’ll have time to strategize and focus on your most pressing issues – and get feedback from other entrepreneurs in your Class.
Now that you know what you want, we use Class 3 to help you get it. We start with the Problem Solving Filter™ so you’re equipped to effectively solve problems as they arise in your business. Accountability is next so you know your numbers, understand your finances, and prioritize time to think and work on your business. You’ll leave armed with a new 90-Day Plan and feedback on how to solve issues in your business.
Class 4 is designed to help you get what you want with a team. People are your best investment. You’ll create your structure, identify your next hire, then learn how to hire the right people (including an Integrator!) and effectively communicate with them so you can stay in your sweet spot. From here, you’re ready for the 10 Disciplines that, when practiced, create a foundation and space for you to maximize your energy and master your inner world. The Academy concludes with a graduation ceremony and a celebration of you, the driven visionary entrepreneur!
